About Me
I am a "young" 71 year old woman in search of a companion to share my love of theater, movies, museums, long walks, tennis, golf, fishing and dining out. Someone to go on adventures, travel and even at this stage of life, grow and discover new things. Last year I took flyfishing lessons! That was after my tap dancing lessons. I was the worst tap dancer in my class but loved every minute of it. I have a natural curiosity, lots of energy and a zest for life. Staying healthy is important to me. I love to cook and bake, read, spend time with close friends and entertain. I have two basset hounds named Nick and Nora. I love nature and enjoy walking the botanic gardens, the lake front or just around the neighborhood. My friends would say that one of my best features is my zanny, whacky whimsical sense of humor, and that I find great joy and contentment in simple things. I had a wonderful marriage. I have flown solo for a long time and have come to a place in my life where I am ready to welcome into my heart a good and kind man to share life's ups and downs with integrity, creativity and love.
