I grew up in a really big family where we took pride in calling "shotgun" first or making it downstairs before dinner was gone. I also shared a uterus until I was 9 months (I have an identical twin brother) a bunk bed until I was 9, and a bedroom until I went to college. So I'd say I'm good at dealing with lots of people at once and sharing food and space.
I like traveling whenever possible, politics, urban education reform, good comedy, playing guitar and listening to good music, the Yankees, and having "why is the world like that?" discussions about random topics.
I just moved here from Brooklyn. So far the pizza is worse, the weather is better, the people seem about the same, and there are way fewer rats. And what's up with not jay-walking? In NYC we didn't have a name for that. It was just "walking without getting hit by a car." I think adults should be able to figure that out without having to push a button that lights up a little white man.
