Heirloom apples excite me. This time of year I have a tendency to overbuy interesting varietals at farmers markets and farm stands. Which, when the fridge drawer starts overflowing, leads to applesauce or some sort of apple-icious baked good.
Circuses, nature, theatre and friends around my table make me happy. In my day job I facilitate time-travel as a means of teaching history. After-hours I chair a large 20’s&�’s Jewish organization in Boston, and try to get some Israeli folk dancing in when possible!
