There's something to be said for working hard and playing hard, but I also derive a lot of joy from life's simple pleasures. I am intellectually curious and I love new experiences. I like to travel--locally and internationally, hang out with my friends, try new restaurants/bars and explore my new home (I recently moved back to the DC area from San Diego). I enjoy music (and play piano and some guitar), exercise (mostly running), sports (particularly baseball), reading and hanging out. ) In the interest of disclosure, I converted to Judaism in March 1994. Although my level of observance is best characterized as Reform at the moment, it has varied over the years.
