About Me

Trust, communication, respect. Music, animals, nature... are some of the most important things to me in life. I enjoy seeking out new experiences that will touch my heart, move my soul, and blow my mind. I'm very laid back and try not to worry about little things... but I'm also very passionate about the people and things that I love. I believe in strong and lasting friendships, I've known most of my closest friends for many years. I grew up in a suburb of Chicago, lived in Madison, WI for several years, and then moved around a bunch before settling in Portland. My father grew up in Israel and came to the states after his military service and met my mother. Half of my family lives in Israel and so I've visited there often. I currently work in business for an organization that helps people that work with children connect with information and resources. I also am a firm believer in giving one's time in service to others. I volunteer every Sunday at a non-profit organization that helps homeless youth move towards improved health and self-sufficiency. Thanks for reading this far, it's tough trying to write about yourself. The last thing I'll say is that I always strive to learn and grow. I think that as human beings we should always seek to better ourselves, learn new things, and grow spiritually and emotionally. I look forward to meeting someone who I can share life's journey as we grow together and discover new truths in this wondrous universe of ours.
