About Me
I'm full of curiosity, so few things make me happier than a lively debate or other intellectual challenge. A perfect night for me involves good friends, a bottle of red wine, a home cooked meal, and spirited conversation. My enjoyment of others makes me naturally outgoing and upbeat, so you'll almst always see me smiling and laughing.
I'd describe my sense of humor as a mix of self deprecating, sarcastic, and a bit geeky. It probably falls somewhere between Arrested Development and Futurama, with maybe a little xkcd (a great web comic if you're not familiar) thrown in.
I love to sing, be it in the shower or karaoke. It helps when you don't take yourself too seriously. To help shy friends, I have a karaoke rule that I'll go up there and sing along to any song I know. This has gotten me in trouble more than once :).
I may seem like a bit of a geek, and I am, but I also like the outdoors. I'm happy to go on a hike, play some beach volleyball in the summer, or go whitewater rafting. I also like watching sports, especially college basketball and football.
It's impossible to know whether you'll be compatible with someone from a few pictures and paragraphs, it's best to start a conversation and see how things go.
