About Me
I'm an easy-going, fun-loving guy. I love to laugh and consider myself an optimist. I was raised conservative, but consider myself pretty secular. I look at life as a beautiful accident (or an inevitability!), and try to enjoy it as much as possible.
On the real-world side of things, I work out regularly, and like to kayak, canoe, and bike. I also love working with my hands--fixing and making various things.
I'm very empathetic--I hate seeing others down and always try to make them feel better. I laugh at things easily, and have been told I have a great sense of humor, though that's probably a reference to my sense of fashion. Shut up.
I like to keep up on world events, and consider myself very liberal. My outlook on the world seems rather rare: one of cause and effect reason and rationality but also of beauty, wonder, and mystery. You'll sometimes catch me staring off into space, thinking about any number of things.
