About Me
I grew up outside of New York City and went to school at the University of Michigan. I moved to Richmond 8 months ago for work. I love the town, the people and all the outdoor activities nearby.I'm a very outgoing guy, although I tend to be reserved about many things. I won't consider somebody a true friend unless I know I can trust them with anything, and I'm lucky enough to have such friends. I'm very easygoing and laid-back. Sometimes that comes back to haunt me, but I try not to let things get to me and I think that usually works out for the best. To give you a better idea of me - I'd rather hang out at a pub with a group of close friends and have a few drinks than go to a club.I love outdoor activities. I'm constantly hiking, backpacking, boating, skiing or relaxing at a park. My dream vacation is spending a month backpacking in New Zealand. I've trained in various martial arts since I was 6 years old and taught for several years while I was in college. It's been one of the most influential things in my life and has taught me respect, discipline, willpower and motivation. I love not only the physical aspect of the sport but also the lessons and awareness you learn from it. I'm also a huge reader, mainly classic lit and thrillers but I'll pick up anything that looks good. There's no better way to relax than to sit outside and read.
