I'm considerate, focused, open-minded, generous, empathetic, and reasonable. I enjoy listening as much as talking and enjoy sharing ideas with thoughtful people. My sense of humor has been described by others as being dry and quirky. But then again, so has my cooking. I’m a professor and enjoy my work. My interests include the arts, politics, science, crossword puzzles, baseball, and fishing, but it’s not important to me that a partner share all of the same interests.I’m forty-nine and never been married, but I’ve had several long-term relationships.
