About Me
During the day you'll find me looking at bacteria (and the occasional fungus) in soil (I'm a soil microbiologist). In the evening you'll find me in the pool for a Master's swim practice, on my bike, or possibly just relaxing in the kitchen with a pot on the stove and a glass of wine in my hand.
My friends would describe me as an adventurous, compassionate, and straightforward girl that enjoys a good pun. I recently moved to California from Washington state and am enjoying spending time in the warm sunny weather.
I'm looking for a guy that enjoys his job and is motivated by it (as I am with mine) and lives a healthy and active life. You should also be warned that I'm not wild about cauliflower, fur, or horror movies. But, I am a fan of traveling to both trailheads and wineries, rock concerts and the opera. Interested?
