I am going to start out by playing an online version of "truth or dare" . . . and I choose truth. Here's my truth. I must confess that being new to Chicago, that the city is at times overwhelming to me. I already love the Cubs and the Bears, but I just feel a little lost at times. I have found some really amazing things about Chicago. I mean, summer in Chicago is one of the greatest times in the entire world. I love hanging out by the lake enjoying the weather, the great music, the great food and the great parks. I know there is so much more to Chicago, and you know I'm looking for a tour guide :-) Before you volunteer to be my tour guide, though, you really need to read on and find out just a bit more more about me. I'm not just one of those regular, average, everyday guys. Alright, granted, maybe I am an average guy in some ways. I pay flay flag football, am in a softball league and I do like to watch the Bears play football. I've also gone paintballing, hang gliding and sailing. There is so much more to me in life, though, than "average guy" things.Life is kind of like a roller coaster ride. There are times in life that you are scared. Living in a new city can be very intimidating when you don't know anybody. Part of what you fear in life, though, are the same things you enjoy about life. Being able to explore new things and taking on a challenge every single day is what really drives me.Everything I do, I do with passion. I love to play pool and I love to go bowling. By the way, bowling could be my favorite thing to do when I'm getting to know someone. There is something about the way somebody bowls -- that to me reveals the way they treat a relationship. Ask me, I'll tell you a little bit more about that . .
