So, this section is always a weird one but the more I learn about who I truly am, the easier it is to define what I'm looking for in a partner. First and foremost, I am neither jealous nor possessive and it gets really tedious if you are! I have no desire to restrict platonic friendships with the opposite sex, in fact I think it's really healthy for guys to have female friends because its your g-friends who are going to set you straight when you're moaning about me! ) In all seriousness, be secure enough with who you are so as not to be threatened by guy friends I've had for years. It's all good! Its also important to me that the person I'm with is respectful of other people, not just friends and family, but everyone. Be polite to the waiter, the girl at the checkout stand, the biker who just cut you off in traffic. We are all human, lets just keep our tempers in check and cut each other some slack.
If you are seeking some sort of spiritual connection and have done your own work or at least working on it, we will probably get along very well. I'm extremely loyal and nurturing, I have good values and am a good friend, sister, daughter, etc. I treat people with respect and I'm authentic and honest about who I am. I don't drink, no biggie, it's fine if you do. I love to laugh and have a good sense of humour, try me! I'm a big fan of stimulating conversation, lingering eye contact and serious sexual chemistry but I'm not uber sappy or cheesy, just be yourself!
I'm changing careers and upgrading my education which I'm very excited and passionate about. I have a counselling certification and heading towards a career in child welfare and youth justice from a counselling and legal advocacy perspective. In other words, I'm scrappy when I need to be but have a big heart and believe that being of service is the ultimate achievement I could make in my career.
So, lets go on a fun date and expand ourselves through new experiences and great conversation. If its not a soul mate connection we will both know, and in the meantime we'll have some fun and at the very least, meet a new friend. Good luck in your search and blessings to you.
