About Me
After an eight year stint in Los Angeles, I moved to Massachusetts to pursue my MFA in Stage Directing at UMass -Amherst. I stayed there for a year-and-a-half, but grad school wound up not being the right fit for me. I made the decision to leave the program and move back to Dallas. I have learned a lot along the way about education and how the most important things we learn do not necessarily take place in a classroom. Teachers are not the only educators. Mentorship can come from unlikely sources. Ultimately, I followed my gut and am working up towards starting my own theatre company and being an Artistic Director! It is both petrifying and thrilling!I do not see myself staying here in Dallas permanently however, it is great to be back home amongst family and old friends!
