Life is unpredictable so I try to squeeze as much pleasure and enjoyment in each day. I am a happily retired school teacher who splits my time between Naples, FL and Chicago. If it wasn't for my daughter, son-in-law, and two grandsons, I'd probably live in a warm climate all year. To say I am a active person is an understatement. During the day, if I am not on the tennis court or golf course, I am taking classes at the gym or walking. Good dining is high on my list. Good food with good wine and even better conversation with the right person what could be better. Travel is also one of my passions. I love to explore new places, as well as, revisit some old favorites. The right travel companion would just enhance the experience. I also really enjoy movies. It is important to be optimistic, have a sense of humor and keep smiling.
