About Me
I'm originally from Phoenix, but I've lived in lots of places including LA for college, NYC in my 20s, a stint in London, Denver, NorCal for grad school--most recently Santa Fe (don't ask!). I moved to Austin last summer and think that it's got all the right stuff to be a great place to settle in. It's the greatest and whatever the traffic isn't that bad--when else do you call your mother!?
So here's some random paragraphs. I should probably make this sound a tad more sane. Feel free to send any segues and suggestions my way.
Some days, I'm really good at Scrabble. Other days, not so much.
I have friends all over and love to visit them. But, I've had my fill of places where the Civil War makes up the cultural itinerary, although I did learn that many a soldier became overcome by heat prostration, of which I have come very close.
I love sushi. I can introduce you to Jorge at Uchi. He's from Peru--he's my cutie sushi boyfriend.
I went to the monster truck rally last month. It was incredibly awesome. There were babies there. Thankfully they were wearing ear protection too.
