I enjoy organizing and participating in social events, experiencing new places and making friends from all walks of life. I've lived in Israel, Montreal and Ottawa. Living in Jerusalem was overall I think the best learning experience. Watching Israeli films makes me nostalgic for its language and culture and vegetable markets. One of my favorite classes in university was the history of Biblical Interpretation, o.k., I'll be the first to confirm your likely suspicion that not too many others registered for this graduate course. (I find competing readings of the same text fascinating) I've also had many different jobs, all growing experiences. From interacting with students in the classroom to engaging community members to volunteer for different social service projects, I love working with the public. Currently I coordinate career development seminars for post secondary youth and learn a lot from collaborating with participants who for the most part are first generation Canadians. The panelists who participate in these seminars have a lot insight and wisdom to share from their years of work experience. I'm looking to engage in lively discussion, date, and learn more about what makes others happy.
