About Me
I'm energetic, intellectually- curious, yet down to earth. I find peace in the out of doors-- biking, kayaking, and taking long walks in the summer cross country skiing in the winter. I enjoy concerts, theater, movies, and laughter and can frequently be found traveling -- in rural New England or abroad, most recently in Australia-New Zealand, Africa, and Italy. I find other cultures fascinating and once lived in Southern France.Recently, I've bought a vacation cottage on the Cape on a pond, and am happily renovating and exploring my new environs. . An empty nester with a daughter in college, I've recently retired as a consultant/non-profi t executive, and do volunteer work with non-profits and in conservation. I also enjoy tapping into my creative side through photography and fabric art. I would love to connect with a man who shares my interests, particularly travel and the outdoors activities.
