I consider myself smart, confident and financially sound, however, I am down to earth and has a caring heart. I am a Sr. Financial Analyst with the Federal Gov't in Washington, DC and will have my 30 yrs of civil service this year. I am a one man woman looking for a companionship and an activity partner that start with a friendship. I am fun, romantic, passionate, a good listener, sincere and a great companion. Had a wonderful marriage, to a fine Jewish man, unfortunately, cancer changed all of that. We were each others rock. I have come to terms with the loss and looking forward to the next chapter of my life. I am hoping it will continue to be shared with family, good friends and someone who is stable, well educated, funny and cares about others.
I enjoy foreign travels and travel when I can and if I can. Last year I visited the Greek Isles, the Aegean Sea and the Philippines. The novelty of traveling with friends or traveling alone wore off long time ago. I also love to dance and attend Gala Balls in DC several times a year. It would be nice to meet someone who also enjoys the same. Activities are much better and more fun when it is shared by two people that really care for each other. My other interests are: family, learning to golf, dining, fitness, arts, theatre and volunteer works either as an organizer or a volunteer. I also enjoy entertaining in my home. Hanging out with friends and family over a beer, a glass of wine or cups of coffee and a good food and having a good conversation and a laugh is what I consider a perfect party. Family and good friends are very important to me.
I am searching for someone that I can enjoy sharing things with, whether the things we do are considered large or small, as long as we are experiencing it together. Also, am searching for someone to build, grow and nurture a genuine relationship that will not only stand strong through the hard times, but will also flourish through the good times, proving that it lasted through the test of time. I believe in love that lasts.
So, if you think we might get along, don't be shy Say hello.
