I'm confident but love and need support. I'm happy, but would love a partner to share it with. I'm a self-starter and determined and love to take the back seat sometimes. I'm silly and goofy and serious and introspective... sometimes all in the same day.
I value being active and healthy - as much for my body as for my mind. I think I'd go crazy being a couch potato! BUT having said that ,I love a warm cozy couch!
Like most people in Oregon, I love being outdoors - kayaking, snowshoeing, hiking, gardening, long walks, picnics, frisbee, birdwatching, photography. I like to learn new things - will try just about anything but never bungee jumping! I have a four year old daughter and we love doing all sorts of activities together.
I've traveled quite a bit but haven't been to Kuai and can't wait to go!

Being a teacher for blind and visually impaired kids is fulfilling and challenging. I enjoy my job very much andI also really appreciate having the summers off :).
