I am easygoing and I generally seek the same in friends and partners. I love to laugh and make others laugh. I think strong friendships are essential to a happy life, and I am passionate about developing meaningful relationships. I would generally prefer a pub to a club, but I have a wild side also and can enjoy a wide spectrum of activities. Lately I am on a serious live music kick and I get cranky if I don't get out to see a band once a week. I am the world's biggest Bob Marley fan, and musically my tastes run towards Burning Spear not Britney Spears.
I own my own business, and despite haveing a lot of balls in the air with with work and two kids (10 and 7), I am happy to report that I completely have my *stuff* together. After some experience in online dating, this particular trait has gone to the top of my wish list in a partner, so there you have it.
After living most of my life as an atheist/agnostic, my faith is now very important to me and I am active in many aspects of Jewish life - not out of a sense of obligation but of joy! I am open to all levels of Jewish engagement from my partner.
I'm looking for my best friend who finds that best friends isn't even enough. I find intelligence to be the most attractive quality in a woman, plus a little snarky is good too. Being a sole proprietor gives me a flexible work schedule and allows me to pursue my passions -- Making people laugh, being outdoors, trying to becoming a better person, the perfect Pina Colada.
