I'm a writer, a cynic, a die-hard romantic, a dreamer, a pragmatist... I suppose that qualifies me as a paradox. But aren't we all? I like a guy with a dark sense of humor and intelligence - I find the combination makes for a pretty interesting person. I'm new to this on-line dating thing, but figured I'd give it a shot for a few reasons. I'm tired of the bar scene, back in Portland after a few years in San Francisco, looking to meet new people outside of my built-in social circle. And my family would be happy if I finally decided to date "a nice Jewish boy." Imagine that.
