The truth is I'm not that comfortable telling you all about what I consider to be my best characteristics because what really matters is your opinion, not mine. I will say that I try to see everything from a different perspective, whether it's in coming up with a creative idea, making someone laugh, or helping others solve their problems. I genuinely despise conflict and do what I can to help resolve it. I pride myself on being someone people know they can count on and come to with their concerns, even if it's just to get a kind word or a laugh. When it comes down to it, I like to think of myself as a good guy that is sensitive to the needs of others and gets along with other people.
