About Me

I am new to LV from LA and I am looking for my match with someone who is active. I go to lift weights at the gym, and enjoy yoga, hiking, squash, kayaking, biking, rappelling, even bowling. Since moving here I have joined several meet up groups that hike and I am loving it. I am so happy there are so many active seniors here that don't stop participating in vigorous activity. Anyone interested in taking a canyoneering course in Zion? Someone who is flexible and creative would be great! An artistic yogi with a passport maybe? So now I am ready to have fun with the right man. I want to kiss and say "Good morning honey" more often. Let's think about fun things to do everyday. I was born an artist, but I evolved into having my own business over the past 35 years. Creativity has been my forte whether designing new product or cooking - I can open the refrigerator and create a meal out of nothing, (magic) and you will never have the same thing twice because with me there is no recipe to follow or that I can remember! (TIA) I believe we need to have chemistry and an ongoing conversation with each other. Years ago I read a quote from Lillian Hellman about her relationship with Dashiell Hammett, that resonated with me, "It exists for pleasure of each other's company." How true. Relationships should be for the pleasure of each other's company! If not, why bother? I love music and interesting films for relaxing and I have become a fan of the songwriters showcase at Red Rock on Fridays. Also joined the "Lousy Bowlers League" at Red Rock which shows you where I am! Anyone that would join a league with a name like that is my kind of person. Another issue that is important - I have always had animals (dogs and cats) in my life and if you can not stand them or don't relate, we are not a match. An x-boyfriend said that "my cat was running my life". It wasn't true. I have a diabetic cat that I need to make accommodations for when I travel because he needs insulin twice a day. He said I should put him down. WT???? Done. I put that relationship down. I believe we accommodate our parents, kids, and pets throughout life. It is part of the journey. No complaints from me in doing whatever I need to do. If you do not understand that, do not contact me. Also if you are looking for the perfect body (slender) that is not me. I wish I was, but I am not. I had injuries last year which sidelined me for a while. If a soft belly bothers you, we are not a match. Please do not email me if you smoke, are a lot older, younger, very religious, very conservative, or have no picture.
