About Me
I am grounded, a great conversationalist and a good listener. I have developed a strong network of friends over the years that are truly part of my extended family. I enjoy relationships that can share intimately, accept change over time and value compromise. I Iove the ocean all 4 seasons. I take pleasure in cooking for others and have hosted a Passover Seder for over 25 years. I enjoy being outdoors: hearty walks, moderate hikes, camping, lake swimming, traveling off the beaten track, engaging with other cultures, and meeting people different than me. I have always loved my work as an teacher and a chunk of years as an administrator only reinforced how content I am to be in the trenches with the kids everyday. Parenting is a blast: challenging, so satisfying, and helps keep me humble. I have always been concerned with social/political issues and the environment (wash out those plastic bags!) I have a positive outlook for my future as I continue to search for a new love in my life.
