Hi there! I'm Phil. I work as a medical dosimetrist at a hospital in Boston, designing treatment plans for patients who get radiation therapy. Outside of that, I'm also a musician... I started piano when I was little and have kept it up through the years. For now it's a serious hobby: I play with a group from the north shore (kinda soulful pop) and find myself gigging 2-3 times a month, mostly around the northeast. I tend to gravitate towards jazz and funk but I've wound up in all sorts of groups (including an 80's cover band that dressed up as the bad guys from Karate Kid... at every gig).
Random facts... my favorite season is fall. I've been on three cross-country road trips, and would totally go again. I tend to get pretty excited about food. I like a good beer, although frankly if there’s a martini that claims to taste like a candy bar/some kind of cake, I’m probably gonna try it so, heads up. I love my family. Not really a big sports fan but I'll watch football sometimes, like soccer, and myself enjoy skiing and the occasional jog. When I was little my answer to "what do you want to be when you grow up" was "Dr. Seuss" (I was disappointed to find out that that wasn't a job title).
Looking for someone to go on adventures with, and just be kind of a goofball with. Random road trips, hiking, yes trying new restaurants but certainly not forgetting the old ones (so many good ones), going to check out some live music, museums... though that's not to say I don't enjoy staying in, I definitely do. Need my down time.
Oh... and I hope you like dancing at weddings. You'd be surprised. Some people don't. Weird, right?
