About Me
I am a counselor and writer that loves adventure respects and admires creativity and seeks to subvert the current paradigm, meaning I feel that humankind is constantly evolving toward something better.My work is to be as present as possible and listen and respond with a compassionate heart. I was an English major whose graduate studies include the biomedical sciences and counseling and reflect the various ways I respond to the world: heart first, rationale when necessary, compassionate, firm. These are interchangeable and in no particular order... I suppose I am a practical dreamer and my life philosophy may be summed up by the Persian mystic Rumi, "Let the beauty we love be what we do..." I am looking for a partner with a shared passion for life and the arts, desirous of making this world a better place... ..
