About Me
My name is Mark. I received my associate’s degree in culinary arts and hotel restaurant management from Scottsdale culinary Institute. I started my career in New York City and had the privilege of living there for over 6 years. I enjoyed living in New York because of the vast amounts of artistic and cultural diversity in Manhattan. After gaining extensive knowledge in the culinary arts, I moved to Highlands Ranch, CO to be closer to my brother and his family. I have a good sense of humor and truly believe that “Laughter is the key to a Women’s Heart”. If that doesn’t work, I rely on my cooking skills.
