I am funny, honest, and passionate about the things that matter to me. I am very easygoing and can get along with almost anybody. I am easy to talk to on the phone, and love to talk about almost any subject (the trick is getting me to shut up!). As a result, it is very easy to get to know me.
Politically, I am very liberal though I keep an open mind as to all points of view. I am an avid listener to all kinds of music (from alternative rock to classical to jazz), and love baseball, sci-fi/fantasy novels, and classic movies. I love chocolate, the Arcade Fire, Casablanca, a Beethoven symphony, Iris DeMent, George R.R. Martin novels, and the Oakland As.
I have a fun and very stable career as an in-house lawyer for a large videogame company. I am financially secure and work hard, but my work does not dominate my life. Everything in my life is terrific -- except for the absence of a companion to spend the rest of my life with.
