About Me
Hi J-Date world! I am a subversive, liberal chick from the Great State of Texas. I moved to Astoria a year ago, so I'm looking for everything from friends to dates, and beyond! I love my new neighborhood - the eclectic culture and the way it's like a suburb right across the water from town. I'm in the middle of trying to take up quilting as a hobby. I have an orange cat that is as awesome as it gets.
I should mention that I'm not religious at all -- just rocking the 50% Jewish background (on my mother's side, if that helps :)) I'm happy to attend seders and break the fast with you though, plus I occasionally try to bake hamantashen.
