About Me

I am definitely a unique individual and like the person I have worked all these years to cultivate and develop. I am incredibly consistent in who I present to the world. I have one face for all to see. I smile often. I try not to stifle the child within + show her in a tactful, controlled kind of way. Most who meet me remark that I do not look my age with many guessing some 5-10 yrs younger. I have been told that I must drink out of the fountain of youth. I have been blessed with good genetics and I lead a healthy lifestyle with the exception of getting little sleep. I am trying to modify this for sleep is so rejuvenating. People are often drawn to my positive energy. I am outgoing, friendly, considerate, respectful, communicative, honest, act with integrity and I am always kind. I try to celebrate the good in all people. I lead with my heart in life and all I meet with an open mind, kindness, consideration, empathy and my joy for life. I feel that each time one meets another there is an exchange of information and energy. I firmly believe that "we are a part of all we have met". I look forward to meeting other wonderful, kind, caring intelligent, honest people along this journey. Confucius said "if you find a job that you love you never work a day in your life". Something like that at least. I love what I do for it allows me to work with both animals and people, integrating so many of the things that I have passion for in life. I feel very blessed to have the opportunity not only to help and make a difference but to also learn from all the others that I meet in this process.I tend to make friends for life and believe that "the hardest part of love is letting go". I am an animal lover and devote a great deal of my time to helping both animals and people. I am a stable, self-sufficient person with a great profession. I was raised in a predominantly Jewish community so I have been around the faith but I am not of the faith. I also just posted here on the advice of a dear friend and I love quick minds with keen wit and problem solving capabilities, kind hearts, big smiles and those that live honestly. I am one who is fine to be alone but I choose not to be alone for always. If my best friend who has partner in life potential comes along, then I will open my door and let down my walls. One never knows until you venture out and try. An old landlord once told me "there is a lid for every pot". Not sure if I'm the pot or the lid but I am looking for such a match in my own life.I hope to meet some friends if not more along the way. Happy travels along this path!! Smile at a stranger. It is the little things in life that make the biggest difference sometimes. That simple gift of a smile might have instilled enough humanity - uplifted a downtrodden spirit - offered a sense of hope - and just prevented that stranger from jumping off of a cliff. The smile is a universal language. Hope that you speak it often (:
