About Me
I am a very down to earth person who greatly enjoys spending time outside. My favorite pass time is fishing.
I am big on trust and loyalty. I am very non materialistic, but I have little tolerance for things not working when when they should. I have diverse interests in TV, movies, and music, but in general I enjoy anything well made.
I cook as my profession and am currently clawing my way up the culinary ladder. I am graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. I work very hard and value my time off a great deal. On my weekends I am most likely outside, at the lake my family has been going to for over 20 years, fishing, sailing and just relaxing.
