I'm a talented, creative and intelligent lass searching for a talented, creative and intelligent lad.
I have a varied background in the performing arts, youth outreach and community development.
I am a warm, caring, and intuitive individual. I am playful and serious, exuberant and reserved, bashful and brash.
My ideal weekend away: heading out to a remote cottage on a lake, spending the days canoeing and hiking cooling off with intermittent swims, perhaps lounging on a dock with a couple good books, feasting on delicious home cooked food after the day's end. A cozy fire, a contented pet by my side and good company. Throw in a game of cards and some old dusty Bill Mason books before falling asleep under the stars, and I'm in heaven!
General areas of interest include: philosophy and world religions, human and animal psychology, environmental conservation and endangered species protection, diverse cultural mythology and the arts.
I've lived and traveled throughout Canada, the US, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. Spending an extended period of time in Europe is next as I long to visit the places my family roamed, fell in love and called home.
I'm happiest while working to make the world "a better place", being creative and gallivanting in the great outdoors. I would ideally like to meet someone with whom to share these, and many other passions.
