I love autumn, puzzles, the woods, my kids, lazy weekend mornings, NPR and KFOG, community, yard sales, the beach, laughing, picnics, family. I'm new to dating and ready to meet people and have fun. I have a good sense of myself and would like to meet guys who feel grounded and are comfortable with themselves.
Because people tend to be modest in describing themselves, they often say, “my friends say,”…so “my friends say” I’m honest, warm, friendly, and intelligent. I have a good sense of humor and an accepting approach to life. I am passionate and playful, fun, resourceful, and a very loyal friend.
I consider myself a spiritual person though not religious. I trust my intuition and have faith that things work out. A trusting, spiritual perspective is something I value in myself as well as others. I notice and appreciate synchronicity and find that it happens a lot in my life.
I have two children - one in college and one entering high school. I love spending time with them. I also feel lucky to have many loving, supportive friends and a wonderful extended family. I consider myself to be social, and I also like having time to myself.
I have a lot of integrity, which to me means being true to myself, being integrated of mind, body, heart, and soul, and living ethically. My commitment to social justice includes working toward acceptance, tolerance, diversity, and respect in our world.
