People tend to call me adventurous or energetic or hopeful because my life and my work has taken me to some unusual and exotic places over the years. And there may be some truth to that. Those experiences have given me perspective and an appreciation for the importance of balance in life. I am the kind of guy who tries to see things from other people's point of view, who purposely takes a break during the work day, who checks up on family and old friends, and who ignores his phone in the presence of others (ok, not all the time!).
