About Me
Originally from Houston, but see myself a New Orleans convert. Currently I'm working for the Sierra Club, an environmental non-profit. I work primarily on energy issues in Louisiana, working with the state to invest in clean energy -- but since the oil disaster last April, I've been working on the Gulf Coast with impacted communities.
I consider myself a traveler. I've lived semi-permanently in several countries, Russia, England and the Czech Republic, and have visited every continent except for Antarctica.
I love the arts and throughly enjoy music. I play the piano, and I'm often caught singing to myself - everything from a 1950s musical number to a recent top-40.
