I’ve been in Boston for about five months and couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here. It definitely wasn’t an easy move, as I’d been living in Thailand for the past three years. And, although I still miss my friends and life in Thailand all the time, I’m finding Boston to be an equally entertaining, albeit a hundred times more expensive, city to live in. I’ve starting make great new friends here and am settling into my new position as a fifth grade teacher at a local school. My goal is to take full advantage of city-life and the cooler weather, clean air and car, which are things I missed while in Bangkok.
I guess I would describe myself as honest, adventurous and funny (although, I guess everyone thinks they're funny). I value my family and friends very much and love that I'm closer to my niece and nephew. I'm a sucker for good punctuation, good taste in music and movies, and good conversation.
