I look forward to my morning coffee, it's aroma is intoxicating. Every day at work is an adventure and I am very lucky in that I have an amazing and fun job, and it affords me independence and my lifestyle. I am a people person and I enjoy gatherings with family and friends, over great meals and great conversations. Yet, peace and quite is nice to recharge my battery sometimes. I enjoy historical fiction although it has been more of business plans and "copy" that I have been reading, crowd-funding and tax law....whaaat?! And I still consider going to the movies is an experience, especially foreign film or small theaters. A day trip to a small town and roaming and getting lost in the hidden streets and alleys is a treasure hunt.
Family connections are very important to me and my sons, who are in college, are my pride and joy with whom I have enjoyed exploring great travel. I love to travel and learn languages and cultures, history and art, and of course food.....it brings people together at the table, no matter where we are all from. Travel feeds my mind and my soul.
My day starts and ends with music and I enjoy different genres depending on the mood and activity. I enjoy cooking although it is nice to not have it as a daily routine. Walks outside or on the treadmill I fall in and out of love with, working on my self here:), great thing I don't sit on the job.
New York City is my girl, or boy I guess! It is a bit of everything on one island. You can be anything you want to be there, for me it is the true crossroads of the world and I never tire of it. Luckily, a business venture I started a few years ago keeps me coming back to NYC often. I feel I can never stop learning, one is never done or settled and should always aspire and reach, so I am reaching high as I work on my new and fabulous business. I never thought I could wear so many hats! Life is for living and it is great.
