About Me
I'm a scholarly academic who loves dogs and film. I have a good sense of humor and laughter is about my favorite activity. I have a lot of interests though I'm not particularly physically active except at my work. I'm on the liberal end of politics and keep up with what is going on in Washington and the world. I'm committed to animal welfare issues and I study the human-companion animal bond and am interested in the positive aspects of human nature such as altruism, empathy, kindness. I'm a good listener, generally have good interpersonal skills, and am nonjudgmental. I am not particularly ambitious, but am committed to my work and have no intentions of retiring.
