About Me
I still sometimes stay up all night reading a great book. Only now that I'm a grownup, I don't have to do it under the covers with a flashlight, which is nice because I think I damaged my eyes doing that so much as a kid. The thing that makes me feel like a grownup lately is that my dry cleaner knows my name.
I'm a Los Angeles native, but I'm often asked if I'm from the East Coast, which I've decided to take as a compliment. Don't get me wrong, I love LA. In an ideal world I would be bicoastal and live in New York half the year. One of my favorite people in the world, my sister, lives in Manhattan. I try to get out there at least once a year.
I went to UC Berkeley (go bears!) and did a year abroad in Bologna, Italy, living with Italian students and learning to make a killer Bolognese sauce. Oh, and I studied too.
I'm a writer, I do improv, I'm doing prereqs for nursing school.
That's me in a nutshell (help, I'm in a giant nutshell).
