About Me
Well, where to begin? I am currently concluding my second masters degree in speech language pathology. I will be specializing in augmentative communication and traumatic brain injuries. My career is very important to me and I aspire to be the top in my field. Prior to entering speech language pathology I was a special education teacher for 7 years. I worked with special needs pre-school and kindergarten kids. Working with such populations really made me appreciate the little things life has to offer.
I don't know how to really describe myself. I would say that I am a hard working individual who tries to see the good in all situations, a light-hearted, fun loving, dedicated, and nurturing person. I love helping others and when I am not working I can be found volunteering and giving back to the community. When I am not trying to save the world I also enjoy being creative and writing/recording/pe rforming music as well as traveling, cooking, painting, building stuff, being outdoors, reading, and hanging out with my family and friends.
