It is not the years in your life, but the life in your years. I have always enjoyed being busy and active--biking, playing tennis, golfing, working out at the gym, taking a grandchild on a generational trip to a western national park, or tutoring a 30 year old man to read. I am a retired teacher of children with special needs and recently I became certified to tutor children with dyslexia and find it rewarding to help a person rebuild his or her self esteem. I love to travel, experiencing new cultural adventures, in addition to attending lectures and the theatre. I am in 2 book clubs--love to read. My family and friends would describe me as warm, engaging, funny (love to laugh), fun-loving, intellectually curious, and full of energy.
