About Me
I'm introspective but friendly, articulate, an animal lover, kind, and a thinker. I'm active and enjoy bicycling and walking/hiking outdoors, and in winter, cross country skiing or snowshoeing, as long as it's followed by a crackling fire or a good meal, preferably both. I often have a book in hand, either fiction or nonfiction, and another on the nightstand. I'm on the quieter side, but really enjoy a good discussion, whether about current events, life in general, families, books, movies, ethical dilemmas, or whatever the topic du jour. I have a dog named Harold he came with his name and I couldn't have picked a better one (name and dog --I guess that's two). I've been divorced three years and have one child. I was raised as a Conservative Jew, but now have more of a cultural and private spiritual affiliation I attend services only on occasion, although I can read Hebrew and am familiar with the service. My work, my family, and my friends are all important to me, along with laughter to keep things in perspective. You'll have to contact me to see my funnier side it's unusual for me to make it through an entire paragraph without invoking at least a chuckle.
