I am a bi-coastal mix (NYC and Seattle - a little sassy, and always sweet) who ended up in the Midwest via some fun twists and turns, and am loving the middle! So many things make me smile these days: planning international bank heists (cunning and a little black dress always help), nabbing secret recipes from up and coming chefs, juicy ribeyes and nectarines on the bbq, the feeling of excitement of new stamps in my passport (Costa Rica is next - can't wait watch the sunset from a hammock after the salty ocean), the clarity and calm after a hard spin class, rainy days watching old Sean Connery 007 movies - shaken and not stirred, the vibrant purples and yellows of blue irises, relaxed roof-top adventures, spontaneous road trips with a handmade playlists, inspiring art exhibits, feeling the warmth of authentic engaged communication, being the first person my friends call with news - good and bad, the agony and the ecstasy of learning new things, flirting and witty banter with someone you really like, day hikes that leave you sore and content, discovering a great jukebox, long deep kisses and cuddling on huge couches, lush hot chocolate with mountains of whipped cream after skiing.... What fills you with happiness these days?
