About Me
If I had to have a slogan it would be "I like hills, can't stay still,: The "I Like Hills" refers to cycling. When I first started riding seriously I was biking with more advanced riders and having a hard time keeping up with them. When it got to the hilly portion of the ride I sailed ahead of the group, to everyone's astonishment, including mine. Having never excelled in a sport before, I finally found one where being 5 ft. 6 and 120 lbs gave me a decided advantage. So the "I Like Hills" has become a metaphor for making the most of what you've got to meet and excel at the challenges in life. It also refers to one of my other passions, downhill skiing. "Can't stay still" means I'm at my happiest when moving, be it cycling, skiing, walking, or even a drive to enjoy the scenery. I'm looking for the special someone who can appreciate my passions and who can maybe teach me one of hers!
