About Me
Hi everybody,
Okay first off, anybody else feel like the color questions part was kinda odd? Who really remembers what they were like as a kid? I just remember being awesome!
My name is Steve and I'm a very outgoing person. I love to make others laugh and smile. With that, I'm also a big goof but I know when to be serious. My sister has always been my biggest role model. She is a journalist. So if I don't keep up to date on local and global topics she would probably kick my butt, haha. I am also a big kid. I love just acting like a goof whenever possible. My style of comedy is at times sarcastic, but is mostly similar to an Adam Sandler or Jim Carrey style. I don't have any pets right now but someday I plan on getting a golden retriever. I am recently an uncle for the first time. I have a little niece and she is incredibly adorable. With that, it's a very exciting time for me in life right now.
I love going to concerts (especially in the summer). The idea of getting to sit on the grass and listen to some great music while hanging with close friends just sounds like an amazing summer day to me. To give you an idea of my taste, here are some concerts I plan on going to this summer. Steve Miller Band, Jimmy Buffett, Country Thunder, Blues Brothers, American English, also probably some local small town groups like Modern Day Romeos or Wedding Band, etc... I'll probably add a few to this list and remove some from this list as well, but you get the idea. I am a big fan of the 60's, 70's, & 80's music. I also like some newer stuff, but I'm always partial to the oldies.
I love to stay active. I play Football, Frisbee, Golf, and Baseball with friends whenever possible. I am a diehard Bears fan. I also love the Blackhawks and will sometimes watch the Bulls. Now some of you won't like this but I'm not a big fan of watching baseball. I am a Chicago fan so I'm happy to see both the Cubs and Sox win. When they play each other, I do always root for the Cubs though. The only sport I will watch every game for is football. There are 16 games all season and that's it (unless we actually make the playoffs, haha). I get into it much more because each game is so much more crucial to the teams playoff run.
Well this is probably a good start. So if there is anything specific you would like to know, please feel free to ask. I'm an open book.
