I’m not into the on-line dating scene, but I’m single again – for a while now. I figured why not give this a shot and see what happens. I feel a little awkward talking about myself, but here goes. I’m a little bit shy in the beginning, but once I warm up and feel comfortable I’m outgoing. I’m pretty easy-going, down-to-earth, friendly, and easy to talk to. I’m a good listener. I can be a bit sarcastic at times but it’s all in fun. I like to cook, get my hands dirty in the garden, and I love a good joke. I love to laugh! As far as I’m concerned, laughter is the best medicine in the world. I’m definitely a romantic at heart. Cuddling up on the sofa and watching a good movie, or just kicking back and listening to music sounds perfect. Grabbing a nice dinner, going to the lake, taking a drive for a quiet picnic somewhere, or getting together with family and/or good friends is also high on my "Like to Do" list. There’s another side of me that I should mention (warn you about is more like it…). I like sports, fast cars, motorcycles, and taking-off on a whim to the mountains, the beach, or anywhere for an adventure. I like to live life… not just exist in it. I’m direct, loyal, understanding, and I’m honest. If you ask for my opinion, expect a straight-up answer. I’m pretty old fashioned and I believe in dating one person at a time. Honesty, mutual respect, and integrity are huge in any relationship. Trust is earned. Trust is key. Without it we’re both wasting our time. There are some things I won't deal with: head games, keeping secrets, or lying. I have a wonderful life and I’m happy and secure with who I am. As far as I know we only go around once… I try to make the best of everything and keep things positive.
