City Girl/Country Girl. NYC for music, culture, fun. Beach for reflection. Mountains for dreaming. It's easy to get to know me as I'm outgoing and enjoy people and socializing. Looks aside (you be the judge), I am smart (as well as educated), creative, funny, spontaneous... and a reasonably good driver. I'm active - biking most days, yoga, hiking, enjoy tennis, ping pong, swimming, dancing. Musical tastes from jazz to classical to rock and folk, as well as klezmer. Can pick up a guitar and have a small repertoire, enjoy singing and accompanying you (maybe?). Love the city vibe and hole in the wall jazz clubs in the village, museums, parks, theater (edgy off broadway rather than overproduced musicals) and just meandering around. Photography is a favorite hobby and passion. Spontaneous trips to the country with stops along the way to hunt vintage graphics and 'treasures'. Travel to places near and far, exploring new cultures and people, and amazing sights, sounds and tastes. I have 3 grown children, all with degrees and fulfilling, interesting lives of their own. I live a block from the beach, quick ride to NYC, have a wonderful job and a short commute. My life is good and I'm excited to share it in a loving, lasting relationship.
p.s. I'm very lucky. Evacuated and returned to Long Beach with a deeper appreciation of family, friends, community...and Mother Nature. Glad to be back! My yoga studio is open, more and more restaurants and businesses have reopened. And I've met so many new people as we all share our stories. Again, I'm very lucky and blessed. Hope you all got through the storm and are recovered!
