About Me

I've been in Arizona just about five years. I came out here from New Jersey to pursue a job offer after college in Scottsdale to do menu development and food styling. My job is insanely fun and I have been exposed to so many great things. The best part of it is food styling...Did you know when you look at food pictures on menu boards, soap water is put in coffee or soda to show bubbles on top, honey is used in place of maple syrup, ice cream is made from vegetable shortening/powdered sugar and there’s WD40 on almost everything. Typically on my free time, I enjoy exercising, hanging out with friends, relaxing by the pool, working out, playing golf, hiking, riding my bike, and cooking. One of my biggest passions is trying new food, whether out at a restaurant or in my own kitchen. Usually, when I come home from work, I look through my fridge and cook myself dinner from what I can find. I am trustworthy, outgoing, energetic, sensitive, dedicated, funny and extremely sarcastic. I've been known to go out to a nightly gathing at a friends house and end up going through the fridge to make everyone food to eat.. .When it comes to someone else, my closest friends know that I enjoy feeding or cooking for someone, especially teach them something about food. I enjoy going out for a beer but there are those nights when I stay home to relax. My favorite sports are baseball and football, but will watch anything. Recently, I started getting into ATV’S. In the future, I would like to travel to experience different countries and of course food. My friends and family are important to me.
