About Me
I am a decent and loyal fellow with a great sense of humor and a low threshhold for boredom. I love to read, particularly mysteries and spy fiction. I have been a historian and intelligence analyst focused on Africa. Not surprisingly, I have travelled extensively. I have two daughters, one of whom just had a baby, but sadly lost my wife of thirty-one years some three years ago. I would love to find someone compatible to share experiences and time and perhaps more. I am an avid fan of the Chicago Cubs and Indianapolis Colts but would not hold other loyalties against you. I would be delighted to share great meals in good restaurants or home environments. While I groove on old rock and folk singers, in the interest of full disclosure I am not into dancing and card playing. While political extremes are ascending, I am solidly centrist.
