My life seems to be a celebration from one breath to the next. Sounds silly, but if you feel great, why not shine from the inside out. A daily yoga practice has tremendous cumulative benefits. Bioneers is an organization that I like and want to keep supporting. My Grandfather lived to be 104, both my folks are 91 and are doing well. So, I might be out of your age demographics you*re seeking, but do consider that I have a terrific genetic predispositon to a long healthy life.
